So it has been a night of victories for me.
Not only did I manage to create another new blog for myself (this is the 3rd), but this one was created ALL BY MYSELF and for those of you who do not know me - that is huge.
I also managed to stay up a full 4 hours past my bedtime because I was determined to finish this and since I now have to be up in 2 1/2 hours I am choosing to view this as an accomplishment. (I do not always make good choices.)
And finally...I got a disk out of my computer. Now it's not that I am THAT dumb when it comes to computers (dumb yes but not THAT dumb)...it's that it was stuck. Really stuck. For three days. And I went online to the support site that I am supposed to go to and I went on all of the forums and I read the manual and I called the store where I bought my pretty white computer (clue?) and then my BEAUTIFUL ANGEL FRIEND called me and told me what to do and out it came. Just like that.
I am going to take her with me next time I have a baby.

You know what's the most hilarious thing about this? It's that I am really dumb at computers, but I was the only one who could solve your problem! So much for the invincible intra web and smarty pants IT boyfriends!
Also, I will so be there the next time you have a baby.
Now enjoy your nap, er, um, I mean have a great day at work!
Well congrats! I am so happy that you are now entering the modern technology era. This is a big step for you so my piece of advice is baby steps... one thing at a time! You are doing great!
Anyways, I am going to go back to work but I just thought I would say how proud I am of you to have accomplished this! Thats awesome.
PS: If any of this doesn't make sense I apologize... I am sleeping at my desk :-P hahahah
Welcome, newly-minted citizen of the Blogosphere! And glad to see you're now operating in the proper time zone, 3:45 am Mountain Daylight, 11:45 am Blogosphere Standard. Four in the morning in Edmonton? Must be lunchtime!
Look forward to reading your ongoing adventures...
Winston
Congratulations on your disk ejection accomplishment. Mac users around the world just gained a valuable community member.
Your IT bf must suck.
;-)
I am going to take her with me next time I have a baby.
Is that delivery, or conception?
(fingers crossed for conception)
